A stove, a table, and a stubborn belief that dinner matters.

Delicious Tasty Hub started in a rented kitchen in 2015 and grew into a recipe library and a small neighborhood table, one honest weeknight meal at a time.

2015

It began with a too-small apartment kitchen

Founder Priya Nair started writing down family recipes so her brother, three states away, could cook them the same way. The list outgrew the notebook within a year.

2019

The Thursday table opened

What started as extra plates for neighbors became a standing Thursday-to-Saturday table. Reservations still travel mostly by word of mouth, the old-fashioned way.

Today

200+ tested recipes and counting

Every recipe published here is cooked at home first, on a regular stove, with ingredients from a regular grocery store — because that's where most of us are actually cooking.

How we work

What we cook by

A short list of rules that shape every recipe before it's published.

Rule 01

If it needs a special trip, it's rewritten

Ingredients should come from a normal grocery store, not a specialty importer.

Rule 02

Timings are tested, not guessed

Every "35 minutes" has actually been timed on a kitchen clock, more than once.

Rule 03

Substitutions are noted, not hidden

If something can be swapped, we say so — with what it changes about the dish.
